摘 要:提出了超临界和超超临界汽轮机转子叶根槽传热系数的计算方法:采用单层圆筒壁、多层圆筒壁与多层平壁模型计算叶根的传热热阻,采用串联热阻叠加原则计算叶根热传递过程的总热阻,并依据叶根的总热阻和叶根槽承力齿的面积计算叶根槽的传热系数.介绍了倒T型叶根槽、双倒T型叶根槽、叉型叶根槽和纵树型叶根槽传热系数的计算方法,并给出了600 MW超临界汽轮机高压转子叶根槽传热系数的定量计算结果.在超临界和超超临界汽轮机转子温度场和热应力场的有限元计算中,该计算方法为确定转子叶根槽的传热边界提供了依据.A calculation method of the heat transfer coefficient of blade grooves for supercritical and ultra-supercritical steam turbine rotors is presented: firstly the heat transfer thermal resistance of blade roots is calculated by using the model of monolayer cylinder wall,multilayer cylinder wall and multilayer plane wall;then the total transfer thermal resistance of the blade roots is calculated by the addition principle of series transfer thermal resistance;after that the heat transfer coefficients of blade grooves are calculated by use of the total transfer thermal resistance of blade roots and the surface area of the teeth in blade groove which suffered the centrifugal forces.The calculation method of the heat transfer coefficient for the inverted T-type blade groove,the double inverted T-type blade groove,the fork-type blade groove and the fir-treetype blade groove are introduced.The calculating results of quantification for the heat transfer coefficient of the high pressure rotor's blade grooves of a supercritical 600 MW steam turbine are given.The proposed method supplies the basis for determining the heat transfer boundary of the rotor's blade groove in finite element analysis for temperature and thermal stress fields of supercritical and ultra-supercritical steam turbine rotors.
