摘 要:为了合理地对开滦唐山矿铁三采区城市密集建筑物下的煤炭进行开采,针对该区域煤层多、埋藏深、地面建筑物密集等特点,结合唐山矿充填材料丰富、运输距离短的有利条件,提出了条带开采、充填开采和条带联合充填开采3个开采方案,并对各方案开采后的地表变形、采出煤量和经济效益进行比选分析。结果表明:选用条带联合充填开采方案在确保地表建筑物不维修前提下,即可采出48%被压留的煤炭,取得近30亿元的经济效益,又解决了废弃矸石的环境污染问题。因此唐山矿城市密集建筑群下多煤层条带开采利用废弃矸石充填联合开采方案是合理可行的。In order to rational mine the coal under the urban intensive buildings in Tiesan District,Tangshan Mine of Kailuan,according to the many seam,deep deposits,surface building intensive and other features and in combination with the favorable conditions of the rich backfill materials and short transportation distance in Tangshan Mine,the paper provided the three mining plans of the strip mining,backfill mining and strip and backfill combined mining.The paper had a comparison and analysis on the surface ground deformation,coal mining recovery and economic benefit after the mining operation of each plan.The results showed that on the premise of no maintenances to the surface buildings ensured,the strip combined backfill mining plan was applied and about 48% of the coal resources under the buildings could be mined out with the economic benefit of about RMB 3.0 billions Yuan and an elimination of the environment pollution caused by the coal rejects.The combined mining plan of the strip mining with coal rejects backfill in the multi seams under the urban intensive building groups in Tangshan Mine would be rational and feasible.
