摘 要:以晋城矿区赵庄煤矿软煤层、碎胀顶板巷道为工程背景,采用数值模拟与理论分析方法,研究了预应力锚索在不同预应力及不同长度条件下的预应力场分布特征和支护应力对围岩承载区的作用,指出高预应力、短锚索的支护效果优于低预应力的长锚索。在分析原有巷道支护设计存在问题及围岩变形与破坏特点的基础上,提出高预应力、短锚索支护技术,该技术能大幅度提高锚索的预应力,并使其有效扩散到围岩中,有效控制顶板离层等有害变形,形成刚性顶板。同时,使二次应力分布更为平缓,减小集中应力,有利于控制巷道两帮变形和底鼓。Taking the broken and swelling roof of soft seam gateway in Zhaozhuang Mine of Jincheng Mining Area as the project background,the numerical simulation and theoretical analysis method was applied to study the pre-stressed field distribution features of the pre-stressed anchor under the conditions of different pre-stressed and different length and study the role of the support stress to the surrounding rock loading zone.The paper pointed out that the support effect of the high pre-stressed and short anchor would be better than the low pre-stressed long anchor.Based on the analysis on the problems existed in the previous gateway support design as well as the surrounding rock deformation and failure features,the high pre-stressed and short anchor support technology was proposed.The technology could highly improve the pre-stress of the anchor and the pre-stress could be effectively spread to the surrounding rocks,effectively control the roof separated and other danger deformation and to form a rigid roof.Meanwhile the second stress distribution would be more gently and the concentrated stress would be reduced,which could be favorable to control the two side wall deformation and floor heave of the gateway.
