摘  要:基于淮南矿区高瓦斯煤层群开采条件,运用卸压开采及采场采动裂隙O形圈卸压瓦斯抽采理论,提出了一系列钻孔或巷道抽采卸压瓦斯方法;研究分析了开采卸压层时瓦斯抽采技术、上向卸压瓦斯抽采技术、下向卸压瓦斯抽采技术,采用煤层气开采消突试验方法有底板岩巷穿层钻孔条带预抽瓦斯、顺层钻孔预抽本煤层瓦斯、地面钻井压裂预抽瓦斯,这些方法广泛应用于淮南矿区生产实践,建立起了卸压开采瓦斯抽采工程体系。结果表明:自1998年以来矿井杜绝了瓦斯爆炸事故发生,百万吨死亡率由4.01降低到0.18,2009年瓦斯抽采量达3.2亿m3,矿井瓦斯抽采率达到53%,采煤工作面瓦斯抽采率达到90%以上;使高瓦斯突出煤层转变为低瓦斯无突出危险煤层,同时抽采出的瓦斯作为绿色能源,减少大气污染。Based on the mining conditions of high gassy seam group in Huainan Mining Area,with the pressure released mining and the coal mining face mining fissure O type ring pressure releasing and gas drainage theory,a series boreholes or gateway gas drainage and gas pressure releasing method was provided.The paper studied and analyzed the gas drainage technology,the upward pressure releasing and gas drainage technology and the downward pressure releasing and gas drainage technology applied to the mining in pressure release seam as well as the strip gas pre-drainage with the boreholes from the mine rock roadway under the seam floor for the elimination of the gas outburst,the in-situ seam pre-gas drainage with boreholes along the seam for the elimination of the gas outburst,the gas drainage with surface drilling wells and high pressure fracturing for the elimination of the gas outburst and the coal bed methane mining trials.Those methods were widely applied to the coal production practices in Huainan Mining Area and a pressure releasing mining and gas drainage engineering system was established.The results showed that since the year of 1998,the gas explosion accident was eliminated and the death rate per million ton of coal was reduced from 4.01 to 0.18.In the year of 2009,the gas drainage quantity was reached to 320 million m3.the mine gas drainage rate was reached to 53% and the gas drainage rate of the coal mining faces was reached over 90%.Thus the high gassy seams were turned low gassy seam with no gas outburst danger.Meanwhile the gas drained would be green energy and the air pollution could be reduced.
