摘 要:以ZWY-150型挖掘式装载机工作装置为研究对象,使用Pro/Engineer建立其实体模型,导入HyperMesh中划分网格,建立有限元模型,并在ANSYS中对4种典型工况下的有限元模型添加约束与载荷,对其整体进行有限元结构静力分析和模态分析,并对其结构提出油缸座支撑耳板要加焊加强板或用较厚的板代替,延长小臂下底板,增强小臂侧板的箱型封闭性,加强铲斗侧板等改进方案。Taking the work device of the ZWY-150 excavation type loader as the study object,the Pro/Engineer was applied to establish the substance model.The HyperMesh was applied to divide the mesh and to establish the finite element model.In the Ansys,the finite element model under the four typical performances was restrained and loaded.The finite element structure static analysis and modal analysis were conducted to the whole loader.The support plate of the cylinder base shall be rewelded with reinforced plate or with a thick plate,the floor plate under the small boom shall be expended,the box type sealing for the side plate of the small boom and the side plate of the bucket shall be enhanced for the structure of the loader.
