重油催化再生器裂纹产生原因分析及修复措施

摘  要:分析了再生器壳体裂纹产生的原因,认为应力集中及器壁温度低和酸性气体的存在是产生裂纹的主要因素,采取了对裂纹部位进行挖补及减薄衬里厚度提高壁温的方法进行了修复,投用后运行良好。Reasons of creating cracks in regenerator shell are analyzed. It is considered that the main factors of creating cracks is due to stress concentration and low temperature in vessel wall as well as the existence of acidic gas. Repair was made by cutting and patching on the cracks and reducing the thickness of liner and increasing the wall temperature. OPeration is good after putting into service.
