摘 要:本文采用两种限制性内切酶(Cfr13 I和Sat I)对我国中原黄牛生长激素受体(GHR)基因5’端部分序列进行PCR-RFLP分析。结果表明:在Cfr13 I酶切位点上,GHR基因有CC、CT、TT三个基因型,C等位基因频率为0.829,T等位基因为0.171,χ2检验表明在此位点符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡,多态信息含量为0.236;在Sat I酶切位点上,GHR基因有CC、CT、TT三个基因型,C等位基因频率为0.849,T等位基因为0.151,χ2检验表明在此位点符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡,多态信息含量小、为0.229。In this experiment, 5'-region in the GHR gene of Chinese yellow cattle was studied by PCR-RFLP with two restriction enzyme Cfrl3 I and Sat I. The results showed that: three genotype CC, CT, TT were found in Cfrl3 I polymorphic site, the gene frequency of C and T were 0.829 and 0.171 respectively. The result of X2 test indicated that it was accorded with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium, and polymorphism information content was 0.236. Three genotype CC,CT,TT were found in Sat I polymorphic site, the gene frequency of C and T were 0.849 and 0.151 respectively. The result of X2 test indicated that it was accorded with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium, and polymorphism information content was 0.229.
