摘　　要：介绍了我国第一口单井蒸汽驱重力辅助泄油水平井——草南ＳＷＳＤ－平１井的设计与施工情况，提出了不等径井眼和水平段位于稠油砾石层的水平井钻井及完井作业的技术措施，为今后该类水平井的施工提供了可靠的技术支持。In the paper, the design and operation of horizontal well Caonan SWSD Ping 1 Well are introduced, which is the first one in China to be developed by steam drive with gravity drive as assistance, and the drilling & completion techniques and measures applied to drill wellbore of various diameters and horizontal section in grave bed with viscous crude are discussed, experience is collected for drilling wells alike afterwards.
