摘  要:目的分析不同应激程度下抗震救灾医务人员唾液中生化成分的水平。方法以80例地震灾区某部抗震救灾医务人员为研究对象,平均年龄35.4岁(24-53岁),按照与震源距离不同的地区由近至远依次分为1(水磨)、2(都江堰)和3(成都)三组(救灾时应激强度1〉2〉3),4组为16例非灾区健康医务人员对照组。使用Hitachi7600全自动生化分析仪对唾液生化成分进行分析。结果不同地区被调查人群唾液生化成分存在差异,CR和ALP水平随应激程度加重而增加,CYSC水平三个地区人群无明显差异,但是与对照组差异显著;上述三个指标在男性人群中同样存在差异,但在女性人群中未见差异;性别间分析,UN,UA和K的水平女性均显著高于男性。其余比较无差异。结论成年人群不同应激水平下,机体反应程度不同,并能够通过唾液中生化成分的变化进行反映,女性机体对待应激的反应程度要高于男性,唾液中生化成分的变化能够对不同应激水平进行检测。Objective To investigate the levels of biochemical components in saliva of medical staff after stress in earthquake relief. Methods A total of 80 medical staff of a certain team (mean age=35.4 years,range 24-53 years) were recruited and divieded into 3 groups according to the distance to seismic origin from near to far,named as group 3(Chengdu), group 2 (Dujiangyan)and group 1 (Shuimo) separately and stress intensity was 1 〉2〉3. Group 4 was control group (healthy volunteers). Levels of biochemical components in saliva were measured with Hitachi 7600 biochemical analyzer. Results Levels of biochemical components in saliva of medical staff were different among regions. Levels of CR and ALP were increased with stress intensity increasing. There was no significant difference in CYSC level in groups of three regions but a significant difference compared with the control group. Levels of three components above were different only in men samely but not in women. Levels of UN,UA and K+ were higher in women than in men. There was no difference in other comparisions. Conclusion Stress intensity in people was stronger with stimulus stronger,which could be found though the changes of biochemical compositions in saliva. The body's reaction to stress was stronger in women than in men. Stress intensity could be analyzed though levels of biochemical compositions in saliva.
