颅内静脉窦损伤的处理方法探讨(附63例报告)

摘　　要：目的探讨颅内静脉窦损伤的处理方法及效果。方法根据患者静脉窦损伤的不同类型采取以下手术方法治疗:①明胶海绵压迫+医用胶封闭;②明胶海绵压迫+自体组织缝合固定+医用胶封闭;③静脉窦裂口间断缝合+明胶海绵压迫+医用胶封闭;④硬脑膜瓣修补+明胶海绵压迫+医用胶封闭;⑤静脉窦结扎。结果 63例患者术后损伤静脉窦未出现再出血及未出现静脉窦血栓形成。结论针对颅内不同部位、不同类型的静脉窦损伤采用相应的手术方法可取得满意的疗效。Objective To explore the method to treat intracranial venous sinus injury and the curative effect of the surgery on it. Methods The different intracranial venous sinus injuries were treated by the different neurosurgical ways according their different types in 45 patients with craniocerebral injuries and 18 patients with intracranial tumors. These neurosurgical ways included compression of the venous sinus with gelfoam, closure of the rupture of the venous sinus with medical gel, sewing up the rupture of the venous sinus, repairing the rupture of the venous sinus with dura mater, ligaturing the venous sinus and so on. Results There was no re-bleeding or thrombosis of the involved venous sinuses after the surgery in all the patients. Conclusion The curative effects of the different neurosurgical ways on the corresponding type of intracranial venous sinus injuries are good.
