摘  要:针对控制系统分析与设计中存在的问题,开发了一个基于非平衡级模型的仿真软件,包括稳态、动态和控制系统模型,并用于丙烯塔控制系统的研究。对该塔曾经存在不同看法的塔板效率、灵敏板选取、单温差和双温差控制系统的选取以及直接物料平衡和间接物料平衡的选取等问题,通过仿真提出了一些新的论点,其结果符合生产实际。A control system simulation software based on non equilibrium models was developed to overcome the shortcomings existed in control system analysis and design. The software included steady state models, dynamic models and control system equations, which was used to study the control system of a commercial propylene rectifying column. Some new points on tray efficiency, selection of sensitive tray, choosing between single and double temperature differential systems and comparison of direct and indirect mass balance control configurations were proposed through simulation. The result was consistent with the actual production.
