摘 要:针对二连油田阿南油藏中高含水期(51%~72%)重复压裂(以下简称复压)难见成效(施工泵压高、砂液比低及有效期短(尤其是多次复压时))的问题,提出了一套适用于该油藏的复压技术体系。包括选准复压井层、选好复压时机、优化复压设计、制定高砂比和强制闭合的工艺措施、严格的质量控制以及复压前后的注采匹配等内容。其核心是,使用现有常规数据,并借助油藏地质、油藏工程与压裂工程相结合的研究方法,选准井层,选好时机;应用高砂比和强制闭合的技术;以及注、采、压配套技术进步。经现场实施6口井,日产油量由压前的27t增加到81t,综合含水则由60%降为40%,平均14d回收了复压成本,6口井复压后累计生产608d统计,已累积增油3252t,累计创收236万元,并继续有效。实现了该油藏控水稳油,综合治理的开发要求,提高了整体复压工作水平,取得了好的经济效益。A set of refracturing technology systems has been proposed to counter the problems of poor effect of intermediate and high water cut periods(51% to 72%) reservoir,especially upon repeated refracturing in the same pay zone at Anan Oilfield.The problem lies in the fact that the fracturing treatment pressure is high,the sand liquid ratio is low.The refracturing technology system includes:selection of exact destination and time,optimization of refracturing design,formulation of techniques concerning high sand concentration and forced open and close technology,strict quality control,as well as the balance of production and injection before and after refracturing.The well interval is rightly chosen by utilizing high sand ratio and forced open and close technology,aided by combination methodologies of reservoir geology,reservoir engineering,fracturing engineering, auxiliary technologies of injection, production, and fracturing.This technology has been implemented in six wells at Anan Oilfield,raising the daily oil output to 8.1 ton from the original 2.7 ton,with the comprehensive water cut decreased to 40% from the original 60%,and the refracturing cost recovered within 14 days on the average.According to the statistics of 608day accumulated production from the six wells after being refractured,3252 tons of oil has been added to the output,with an accumulated profit of 2.36 million yuan gained so far.And the six wells will continue to benefit from the technology.Oil stabilizing and water control has been realized to meet the demands of overall management,thus enhancing the entire refracturing levels,achieving considerable economic benefits.
