摘 要:对复合驱采出液破乳过程中的某些微观现象进行了观测和研究。在复合驱采出液的破乳过程中,随着油滴在水相中上浮,会发生油滴变形铺展成油膜,油膜之间又很快发生聚并的现象。其原因是当油滴浮出水相,作用在油滴上的表面张力发生变化,使油滴以固定的比例铺展成油膜,理论推导和实验数据都证明其比例系数是只与乳液体系的自身性质有关的常数;聚并前后的油膜半径变化规律与球状油滴聚并变化规律一样,这是对油滴按比例铺展成油膜的自然推论。在破乳速度较快、破乳程度较彻底的体系中,这种现象普遍存在。对此现象提出了数学模型,并进行了实验验证。During demulsification of produced fluids in combination flooding,some microphenomena are observed and researched.Oil droplets buoyed up in the aqueous phase and distorted to form oil films on the aqueous surfaces in the demulsification processes.Then,coalescence of oil films occurred quickly.This is due to the variation of the surface tension which make them spread to oil films with a stable ratio.Theoretical derivations and experimental data prove that the spreading happened in a stationary ratio which is constant related only the property of the system.The radium of oil films varies upon coalescence.The rule of the variation is the same as coalescence of global oil droplets.This can be easily explained by the natural derivation that oil droplets spread into oil films in proportion.The phenomena are observed universally in the systems in which rapid and complete demulsification take place.The mathematical model is suggested and experiments have been verified.
