天然虫胶红对皮革的染色性能研究

摘　　要：论文探讨了虫胶红对铬鞣皮革的染色工艺条件,试验结果显示:虫胶红在55℃以上热水或酸性条件下具有较高的溶解性,对酸以及硬水的稳定性都比较高,遇碱变色严重,用于绵羊服装革的染色时,染料的染色提升性较好,在染料用量2.5%、温度55℃、时间50min染色后,成革颜色纯正,摩擦牢度在2～3级,日晒牢度达到5级。The technique parameters of the shellac red on wet - blue were investigated. The results show the solubility of the shellac red in the water above 55 ℃ or the acid medium is good. The acid stability and hard water stability are good, but when in the alkaline medium the dye is discolored seriously. The building up property of the dye is good. The color of the sheep nappa leather dyed with 2.5 % dye for 50 minutes at 55 ℃ is vivid and pure. The rubbing fastness and light fastness are 2 - 3 and 5 grade respectively.
