硝化棉乳液改性硅蜡手感剂的研究

摘　　要：考察了在油酸和碱存在的条件下,对活性蜡片进行乳化的工艺;并研究了通过2次加料法加入羟基硅油乳液后,合成手感剂的使用效果和贮存稳定性,同时着重研究了加入硝化棉乳液后,产品的稳定性和使用效果。The emulsification conditions of active wax in the presence of oleic acid and alkali was studied. The effect and stability of the wax emulsion modified with hydroxyl silicone oil emulsion and the silicon - wax feeling agent remodified with nitrocellulose emulsion were investigated. The results show that silicon - wax feeling agent modified with nitrocellulose emulsion has better stability and hand feeling, and when the nitrocellulose emulsion adding to some extent, the hand feeling transferrs from slippery feel to dry sliding feel. The amount of hydroxyl silicone oil has some influence to the using effect and storage stability.
