摘 要:采用熔融金属浸镀得到Ti-Al层状板材,并利用浇铸复合的方法制备了Ti-Al-Ti层状复合材料,通过四探针法、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱(EDS)、抗弯曲性能试验等测试手段对样品的结构与性能进行表征。结果表明,Ti表面浸镀Al层,实现了Ti与Al之间的冶金结合;所制得的Ti/Al层状板材与纯Ti相比,电阻降低50%~80%;采用浇铸法得到Ti-Al-Ti层状复合材料的力学性能满足机械加工需求。因此,Ti-Al-Ti层状复合材料替代纯Ti作为涂层钛阳极(DSA)的基体金属,在保持纯Ti阳极优点基础上,显著降低电阻,从而改善DSA的电化学催化性能。Laminated bimetal Ti-Al sheets were prepared by molten metal hot-dip method,and then the sheets were employed to cast into the Ti-Al-Ti laminated composite electrode materials.Microstructure and properties of the electrode material samples were characterized by means of electric resistance test using four-probe method,SEM,EDS and bending testing.The results show that metallurgical bonding between Ti and Al is obtained by dip aluminizing on surface of Ti.The resistance of laminated bimetal Ti-Al sheets decreases by 50%-80% as compared with pure titanium.It is found that the Ti-Al-Ti laminated composite shows a better mechanical performance to meet the machining requirement.Therefore,compared with pure titanium as matrix metal of DSA electrode,the Ti-Al-Ti laminated composite maintains the advantages of titanium anodes and exhibits a significant reduction in resistance,so as to improve the electrochemical catalytic properties of DSA electrode.
