摘　　要：利用膨胀法和差热分析法结合金相-硬度法测定T23钢过冷奥氏体的连续冷却曲线(CCT图)。由差热分析仪测得了临界点Ac1、Ac3、Ar1和Ar3,由Gleeble-1500热模拟机测定T23钢以不同冷却速度连续冷却时的膨胀曲线和Ms,获得了该钢的连续冷却转变曲线。研究了T23钢连续冷却过程中奥氏体转变过程及转变产物的组织。通过对CCT图的分析,确定铁素体、贝氏体、贝氏体/马氏体复合相冷却速度。The CCT diagram of T23 steel is obtained by dilatometric change measurment,different thermal analysis and combined with metallographic analysis-hardness measurement.Critical points of Ac1 、Ac3 、Ar1 and Ar3 of the steel were ascertained by DSC.Dilatometric curves and Ms point of T23 steel at various cooling rates were measured by Gleeble-1500 thermal mechanical simulate.Influence of cooling rates on microstructure and hardness of T23 steel was studied.Critical cooling rates of the formation of ferrite,bainite and bainite /martensite composite phase were determined by CCT diagram.
