摘 要:采用差热分析(DSC)、电导率和拉伸性能测试并结合光学显微镜(OM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)及能谱分析(EDS)等分析手段,研究了低频电磁铸造5083(Er)铝合金的过烧行为和不同均匀化温度下的组织和力学性能。结果表明:随均匀化温度的升高,合金的抗拉强度逐渐升高在510℃达最大值而后略有降低;电导率在490℃升至最高,在490~520℃间保持不变,在540℃急剧降低。通过组织观察、DSC实验和电导率测试综合确定合金的过烧温度为540℃。在470℃均匀化时,在组织中观察到大量100~700μm的MnAl6/FeMnAl6板条;在490℃均匀化时,开始有5~20nm的ErAl3相颗粒析出,位错是它们析出的择优地点;510℃均匀化时,MnAl6/FeMnAl6和ErAl3相最多;温度继续升高,这些相发生粗化而数量减少。The overburning behavior and microstructure and mechanical properties of low frequency electromagnetic cast 5083 (Er) aluminium alloy homogenized at different temperatures were investigated by means of DSC analysis,conductivity measurement,tensile test,OM,XRD,TEM,SEM and EDS.The results show that with increasing homogenizing temperature,the ultimate tensile strength increases and reaches a maximum value at 510 ℃ and then decreases slightly,the conductivity increases and reaches a maximum value at 490 ℃ and keeps it till 520 ℃ ,while decreases significantly at 540 ℃ .The incipient melting temperature of the 5083(Er) alloy is 540 ℃ determined by microstructural observations,DSC analysis and conductivity measurement.Plenty of MnAl6 /FeMnAl6 rods with size of 100-700 μm are observed when homogenizing temperature is lower than 470 ℃ .Many extremely fine ErAl3 particles with size of 5-20 nm preferentially precipitate along dislocations in the sample homogenized at 490 ℃ .The amount of MnAl6 /FeMnAl6 rod and ErAl3 particles increases significantly when homogenizing temperature is 510 ℃ ,and then decreases due to coarsening of the phases with increasing homogenizing temperature.
