摘　　要：用脂肪酸酰氨与肌氨酸反应合成温和的生物降解性好的 N 酰基肌氨酸及其盐表面活性剂。该产品具有乳化、润湿、分散、发泡等优良特性。特别是具有高安全性、低刺激性。该类表面活性剂可以广泛应用在香波、牙膏、矿物浮选。Nacyl sarcosine and the sarcosinates with mild biodegradable anionic surfactants were synthesezed from the reaction of fatty acyl chloride and amino acids, with maximum surfactancy such as emulsitying, wetting, dispersing, foaming, especilly their higher safty and lower irritation, using in areas as toothpaste and shampoo formulation, ore flotation, corrosion inhibition and so on.
