摘 要:Y341—115注水封隔器工作时的移动严重影响分注的成功率,移动的原因主要是封隔器上下的压力不同,产生的压差所至。文中对其移动距离进行了理论计算,对无锚定工艺管柱存在的问题进行总结,提出了解决深井高压注水时防止封隔器蠕动的方法,一是增加封隔器的用量;二是加水力锚和水力卡瓦。该工艺技术在大港南部油田33口分注井中应用获得较大的效益。The movement of Y341-115 water injection packers while operating has a severe effect on seperate layer water injection.The main reason of the movement is the pressure difference between above and below the packers.The migration distance is calculated theoretically in the paper,and some problems are also discussed for non-anchoring string.New ideas are put forward on how to prevent packers from moving up and down in deep wells while conducting high pressure water injection,they include:first,using additional packers,second,adding hydraulic anchor and hydraulic slip.This technology has been used in 33 separate layer water injection wells in Dagang Oilfield,and a great deal of benifit has been got.
