摘　　要：ＺＦ皮碗封隔器以其皮碗的金属骨架结构来提高封隔器的承压能力，密封是靠皮碗与套管内壁的过盈和井内压差来实现，所以所需零部件少，加工组装方便。修井时可直接上提起出管柱，不需要附加其它动力设备。该封隔器与洗井开关、ＳＭ水力锚、循环开关等井下工具配套可组成新颖实用的泵上洗井管柱和酸化注入管柱，这两种配套管柱经现场１６井次试验证明了其技术的可靠性。对于皮碗上部出砂严重的井，为防止起出困难，应慎用该型封隔器。ZF cup packer increases the pressure-bearing capability through using metallic structure.Clearance between cup and internal wall of casing and the pressure difference inside the wellbore can make the packer sealed,so,it has advantages of fewer parts necessary and convenient manufacturing and assembly.When workover is to be done,what you have to do is pull the string out of the hole,no other additional power equipment needed.This packer together with the well flushing switches,SM hydraulic anchor,circulating valve,and other downhole tools can consist of new and practical well flushing pipe string,and injection string for acidizing.The two types of pipe string have experienced 16-well-times testing on well-site,and it's proved to be technically reliable.But for the wells having severe sand production above the cup,this packer should be carefully used in case of difficult pulling out.
