摘  要:同一口井的钻井液,上部地层快速钻进,对钻井液的携岩性、防塌性、抑制包被性能及固相控制要求更高。聚合物—正电胶钻井液能满足上部地层快速钻进要求。它具有较强抑制包被作用,在强造浆地层及不造浆易分散地层中,有利于固相控制;具有较强剪切稀释能力,能满足高压喷射及快速钻进的要求;具有良好的携岩性,能满足井眼清洁的要求;还具有良好的防塌性,能保证井眼规则。实践证明:聚合物—正电胶钻井液在上部地层快速钻进中,是一种理想的选择,获得了良好的经济效益。For the drilling fluid used in the same well,fast drilling in upper formation requires high cutting-carrying capacity,high anti-sloughing capability,high inhibition and encapsulation capability,and high solid control.Polymer-MMH drilling fluid can meet these requirments.It has not only strong inhibition and encapsulation capability,but also the advantage of solids control when drilling both the slurry-making formation and the non-slurry making and dispersive formation.It also has the features of high shear thinning capacity which meets the needs of both high pressure jetting drilling and fast drilling,and powerful cutting carrying capability which meets the needs of hole cleaning,and good anti-sloughing capability which make the bore regular.The applications show that polymer-MMH drilling fluid is an ideal selection for fast drilling upper section,and satisfactory economic benefits have been obtained.
