摘　　要：目的:在隆鼻术中着重对鼻假体背面予纺锤形雕刻使假体符合解剖生理曲线以避免术后出现假体僵硬笔直的外观。方法:对32例实行隆鼻术者采用术前定点,术中雕刻硅胶假体呈纺锤形外观的方法隆鼻。结果:32例隆鼻术者除1例出现鼻梁偏歪1例认为鼻尖与鼻背交接处太凹陷要求取出重隆外余诉术后效果自然未有假体外观。结论:鼻假体鼻背外侧面纺锤形雕刻呈流线形外观,侧面呈轻微的凹凸感术后假体轮廓感的外观不明显,提高隆鼻的满意度。Objective To reduce the complication of stiff and prosthesis＇s feeling of augmentation rhinoplasty.Methods preoperation the surgeon should indicate surface landmarks on the skin of the nose it includes radix,the junction of bony nose and cartilaginous nose,septal angle,during operation sharping the phrosthesis in fusiform.Results 32 cases using this way to augmentation rhinoplasty expect 1 case have deviated nasal 1case feel the septal angle spot too concave the rest cases using this way to augmentation rhinoplasty were successful,have no prosthesis＇s feeling.Conclusion Fusiform sharping of dorsum of nasal implant had natural and streamline effect on postoperative aesthetic effects.
