摘  要:采用BNi2合金箔作中间层,氩气保护,对15CrMoR和12Cr1MoV耐热钢管进行了高温钎焊和瞬时液相扩散焊,用电子万能材料试验机测试了接头的室温力学性能,用扫描电镜、电子探针分析了接头的显微组织、元素分布。研究结果表明,利用BNi2中间层合金可以实现12Cr1MoV钢的瞬时液相扩散焊,接头强度与基体相近,15CrMo高温钎焊接头存在脆性化合物,接头的性能较差。Heat resistance steel 15CrMo and 12Cr1MoV pipes were joined by high temperature brazing and transient liquid-phase diffusion bonding(TLP) using BNi2 amorphous alloy as filler in argon atmosphere.Microstructural evolution and composition distribution as well as mechanical properties of the heat resistance steel tube during high temperature brazing and transient liquid phase bonding were investigated.The results indicate that,using BNi2 as filler,12Cr1MoV steel pipes can be joined by TLP bonding,and the tensile strength of the joint at room temperature is equal to or greater than that of the substrate;but the welded joint of 15CrMo steel pipe with high temperature brazing has poor performance because of the generation of brittle compounds.
