摘 要:依据ANSYS弹塑性有限元理论对四种不同焊接方法下对接平板的焊接过程进行了数值模拟,确定了堆焊薄板焊后的残余应力和焊接变形分布,并对结果进行了分析比较。发现除直通焊外,其他三种焊接方法下焊后横向残余应力都存在正负反复波动,这主要是由焊接过程中温度分布不同和焊缝及近缝区的横向收缩引起的。研究方法和结果对合理的选择焊接方法、控制和预测焊接残余应力和变形提供参考。The numerical simulation of welding processes for bead-welded plane in four different welding method was made according to ANSYS elastic-plasticity theory.The residual stresses and deformations after welding were acquired.It is found that the transversal residual stresses in other three sequences are waved except through welding,which are mainly caused by the differences of temperature distribution and transversal shrinkages of weld seam.It provides an important reference for choosing welding method and protecting and controlling the welding residual stress and deformation.
