摘　　要：分析了汽车覆盖件起皱、破裂和回弹等常见质量问题产生原因及预测方法,讨论了压边力、冲压速度、凸凹模间隙及拉延筋布局对覆盖件成形质量的影响,提出了解决方法。The reason and forecast methods of common quality problem of covering parts were analyzed,including wrinkle,crack and spring back.The effects of holder force,stamping speed,gap between male die and female die and draw-bead position on covering parts quality were discussed.
