摘  要:目的探讨纤维频闪喉镜图像分析对声带息肉患者声带黏膜波的评价效果及其与嗓音声学分析结果的相关性。方法在声带息肉患者,经鼻纤维频闪喉镜检查同时获取形态学图像和嗓音声学参数,然后进行同步分析,并与纤维频闪喉镜检查前所采集的嗓音声学参数进行相关性评价。结果于纤维频闪喉镜检查时同步发持续元音/i:/,其嗓音声学参数特征与纤维频闪喉镜检查前所获参数无显著性差异,此时双侧声带黏膜波波峰距离最近,两波峰间的面积(Smin)与HNR呈负相关。结论纤维频闪喉镜检查有利于声带形态及其声学特征的同步分析。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of an evaluatating way through the image analysis ofmueosa wave on vocal cords collected during fibro-strobolaryngoscopy and its correlation with voice acoustic characteristics. Mathods Fibro-strobolaryngoscopy was carried out via nasal route among patients with vocal polyps to collect images of mucosa wave on vocal cords, and the parameters of acoustic characteristics of voice measured at the same time, with a synchronous analysis followed on them. Then, a comparison was made with these acoustic characteristics of voice with those taken before fibro-strobolaryngoscopy to explore the correlation among these parameters. Results There were no significant differences found between these parameters determined during the period of fibro- strobolaryngoscopy as compared with those acoustic characteristics of voice collected before fibro-strobolaryngoscopy, as evaluated to the same vowel/i/sounding in a continuous way. During this period of sounding, the nearest was the inter-vawe interval of mucosa wave peaks on vocal cords, with a negative correlation of Stain with harmonic/noise ratio (HNR). Conclusions It should be beneficial to a synchronous analysis on the porphology of vocal cords and acoustic characteristics of voice during fibro-strobolaryngoscopy.
