摘　　要：目的探讨喉全切除术后食管言语的训练方法与效果。方法对喉全切除术后患者38例采取集中分三个阶段训练食管发音。结果 38例患者中,食管发音不良9例,发音较好29例。食管发音不良9例,能打嗝,但说话无声;发音成功者29例,能够表达意愿,与人基本交流。结论食管发音是喉全切除术后言语康复训练的一种重要方法,成功率较高,不需要特殊的设备,可以广泛推广应用。Objective To evaluate effects of oesophageal voice straining after total laryngectomy. Methods 38 cases after total laryngectomy were performed oesophageal voice training including hiccup, monotony, language training. Results In 38 cases, 9 eases were poor and 29 cases were good speakers, In 9 poor speakers, they could hiccup smoothly but difficult to pronounce during training. In 29 good speakers, they could express ideas of themselves and complete fundamental communications. Conclusions Oesophageal voice is an important method in rehabilitation training of speech after total laryngectomy. It can get a good results and used widely in patients after total laryngectomy.
