摘 要:利用溶剂化作用,将十二胺和正硅酸四乙酯同时插层进入十六烷基三甲基有机阳离子改性蒙脱石层间,在十二胺的碱性催化作用下,正硅酸四乙酯在蒙脱石层间原位水解得到硅酸及有机物混合插层蒙脱石,将此混合插层化合物在550℃煅烧后得到具有介孔的硅柱撑蒙脱石载体。用此载体负载TiO2在低温下制备得到了TiO2/硅柱撑蒙脱石纳米复合材料,用XRD、TEM和N2低温吸附-脱附等技术对所制备的载体及复合材料进行了表征。以五氯酚钠的光催化降解为探针反应,考察了复合材料的光催化性能。实验结果表明:复合材料的光催化性能较原始钙钠基蒙脱石负载的催化剂光催化性能有较大提高,柱撑蒙脱石和TiO2在光催化反应中存在较大的协同效应。SiO2-sol pillared montmorillonite with micro-and mesoporous pores was prepared by interlamellar hydrolysis of tetraethyl orthosilicate catalyzed by n-dodecylamine after solvation of n-dodecylamine and tetraethyl orthosilicate with cetyl trimethylammonium in the interlayers of montmorillonite.TiO2 nanoparticles were supported on the as-prepared SiO2-sol pillared montmorillonite and pristine montmorillonite using in-situ growing method at low temperature.The two supports and catalysts were characterized by XRD,N2 adsorption-desorption,SEM,TEM and UV-Vis measurements.The catalytic activity of the catalysts were examined through the photocatalytic degradation reaction of methyl orange.The results indicated that photocatalytic activity of the catalyst loaded on the SiO2-sol pillared montmorillonite was better than that loaded on the pristine montmorillonite.
