摘 要:以马来酰亚胺、邻苯二甲酰亚胺改性聚丙烯(PP),研究添加剂对熔体流动速率、热变形温度和力学性能的影响;以玻璃纤维增强改性PP,考察其增强效果。用DSC和XRD分析改性PP的相结构,用SEM观察复合材料的断面形貌。邻苯二甲酰亚胺以微晶形式存在于PP中,熔融的邻苯二甲酰亚胺显著提高PP熔体的流动性,而其结晶改善PP材料的热变形温度和力学性能。用30%玻纤增强高流动改性PP,制得弯曲模量5.6GPa、弯曲强度100MPa和冲击强度68J/m的增强复合材料。PP was compounded with N-PMI,BMI and phthalimide on twin screw extruder and the effects of the additives on the MFR,HDT and mechanical properties of PP compounds were investigated.The compounds with high MFR were reinforced with glass fiber and the mechanical properties of the composites were measured.The phase structures of the PP compounds were analyzed with DSC and XRD and the morphologies of the reinforced PP were examined under SEM.During processing PTI could enhance the MFR of PP melt strikingly;after molding PTI would precipitate and recrystallize,thereby,improved the HDT of the compounds.As being reinforced with 30% of glass fiber,composites with flexural modulus above 5.6GPa,flexural strength above 100MPa and impact strength above 68J/m had achieved.
