摘  要:以自制纳米氧化锡锑水性浆料为唯一颜料,水性聚氨酯为主要成膜物质制备得到纳米氧化锡锑涂料。对纳米氧化锡锑涂膜透明隔热效果考察结果表明,颜料体积浓度为0.011,厚度为60μm的涂膜可以获得最佳的光学性能,此时涂膜可见光区平均透过率高达71.3%,红外光区平均屏蔽率达60.3%;用自制隔热装置测试隔热效果,涂膜玻璃与空白玻璃相比,光照条件下箱内最大温差达2.5℃,日照条件下箱内最大温差可达4℃,透明隔热效果比某市售汽车隔热膜及某市售建筑外窗用隔热膜透明隔热性更佳。Self-made water-based paste of nano-antimony tin-oxide as the only pigment and water-based polyurethane as the main film-forming material were prepared for nano-antimony tin-oxide coating.The investigation results for nano-antimony tin-oxide coating on the transparency and heat insulation showed that the pigment volume concentration of 0.011 and the thickness of the coating 60μm could get the best optical performance.In this situation,the average transmittance of visible light of coating could be up to 71.3%,and the average rate of red outer light district was 60.3% shield.With self-made heat insulation device to test effect of the coating glass and empty glass,it could be found that the maximum temperature difference between inside light conditions was up to 2.5 ℃,and under the conditions of sunlight inside the biggest difference in temperature was up to 4 ℃.Compared with a commercially available vehicle solar insulation film and a construction outside the window film,the effect of transparent and heat insulation for the coating glass showed up better performance.
