摘  要:目的:建立薄层色谱-光度法测定了马拉硫磷中O,O-二甲基-S-(1,2-二乙酯基乙基)二硫代磷酸酯的方法。方法:采用薄层层析分离样品中的干扰物质,用乙醇淋洗,萃取分离杂质后,水解成O,O-二硫代磷酸,然后与Cu2+形成络合物,光度法测定样品含量。结果:回收率98%~105%。结论:本法操作简单、快速、结果准确可靠,应用于实际样品的测定,结果满意。Objective:To establish a method for detection of O,O–Dimethyl-S-(1,2-dicarbethoxyethl) phosphorodithioate Percentage in Malathion.Methods: The method of thin layer chromatograpty(TLC) was used to separate the main component,chromatographic band of the sample which contains the malathion,was taken down from the TCL plate.In HCl medium pH 3~4,O,O–Dimethyl-S-(1,2-dicarbethoxyethl) phosphorodithioate reacts with Cu2+ to from a complex with its absorption maxima at 415 nm,was determined photometricallt.Results: The recovery of standard addition 98% to 105%.Conclusion: This method is simple,rapid,sensitive,results are accurate and reliable.The method has been applied to the sample analysis with satisfactory results.
