摘 要:目的:建立药品中甲酸残留测定方法。方法:取一定量的药品加水溶解,加入0.5 ml硫酸乙醇溶液后,在温度55℃条件下,顶空加热时间90 min,衍生成甲酸乙酯,采用顶空气相色谱法进行测定。结果:在上述条件下,该方法的检出限为0.05 mg/kg,精密度5.2%,回收率90%~92%。结论:采用该顶空气相色谱法可以测定药品中的甲酸残留。Objective:To establish a method for determination of residual formic acid in medicine.Methods:The medicine was dissolved by the water,and added the 0.5 ml sulfuric acid-ethanol to the water,at the 55℃,the water was heated 90 minutes by headspace,the formic acid was derivatived to ethyl methanoate,and tested by the gas chromatography.Results:At the mentioned condition,the limitation was 0.05 mg/kg,and the precise was 5.2%,the average recoveries was between 90% and 92%.Conclusion:This method is easy to operate with precise result,and it is a reliable method for the determination of residual formic acid in medicine.
