47例糖尿病足部溃疡外科治疗的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨外科治疗糖尿病足部溃疡的方法,减少其高位截肢致残的发生。方法对2004￣2009年我科收治的47例糖尿病足部溃疡患者进行回顾性分析。结果游离皮片移植27例,皮瓣移植7例,单纯截趾10例,高位截肢3例,一期愈合率为92.3%。结论采用外科手术结合内科药物的综合治疗是提高糖尿病足部溃疡愈合率,降低其高位截肢的有效方法。【Objective】To explore the method of surgical treatment for diabetic foot ulcer,reduce the recurrence of amputation.【Method】47 cases of diabetic foot ulcer repaired with surgical treatment were analyzed during 2001~2006 year.【Result】27 cases repaired with free skin graft,7 cases repaired with flap graft,3 cases repaired with amputation,the percentage of first stage healing was 92.3%.【Conclusion】The treatment combined surgery with physician is an effective way for treatment of diabetic foot ulcer,which would improve the healing percentage and reduce the rate of amputation.
