摘  要:用钛丝作为增强相的原材料,用电磁感应熔渗法,制得了碳化钛增强铁基复合材料。对TiC/Fe复合材料的微观组织、摩擦磨损行为进行了研究,结果表明:制备得到的TiC硬质相,沿原来钛丝方向分布较为均匀;复合试样的耐磨性是灰铸铁的4.08倍,磨损机理为微区破裂机制和显微犁削机制共同作用。The TiC enforced Fe-base composite was obtained by using electromagnetic induction melt-infiltrating process with titanium wire as enforcing phase material.The microstructure and friction wear off behavior of the TiC/Fe composite material was studied.The result showed that the obtained TiC hard phase distributes quite uniformly along the original direction of the titanium wire; the wear resistance of the composite was 4.08 times of that of gray iron, and its wear mechanism combined both the micro-zone breaking and micro plough-cutting.
