摘  要:分析指出缸体、缸盖一些孤立的热节部位易产生缩松缺陷,认为降低或避免缩松倾向的措施有:合理设计工艺,确保热节部位的补缩;提高铁液的CE,选择合适的孕育剂,控制孕育量;采用冷铁、冷却片、激冷涂料等措施对局部热节进行激冷;严格控制铁液的合金加入量和微量元素。It was pointed out by analysis that the shrinkage porosities are easy to form at some isolated hot spots of the cylinder block and head castiongs.The measures to reduce and avoid the shrinkage porosities were considered as follows:rationally designing casting method to ensure the feeding of the hot spots; increasing CE of the iron melt; adopting appropriate inoculant and controlling its adding amount; using chills,chilling fins and chilling coating to chill the locational hot spots;strictly controlling alloying element additions and trace element amount.
