Construction Techniques for Steel Girder Ballast Troughs of Nanjing Dashengguan Changjiang River Bridge

摘  要:南京大胜关长江大桥主桥4~10号墩间为六跨连续钢桁拱,桥面系采用正交异性板整体道碴槽结构,综述道碴槽施工方案、工艺及关键技术措施。道碴槽采取双幅同步、分段施工,施工顺序为依次进行桥面板除锈清理、防腐涂装、剪力钉焊接、钢筋绑扎、底板与挡墙混凝土浇筑,然后施工底板沥青防水卷材和保护层混凝土。施工过程中采取充分释放外加荷载、严格控制联测放线条件及防腐涂装环境、通过桥面现场施工模拟试验确定道碴槽施工工艺参数、通过试拌调整选定最优混凝土配合比等关键技术。施工完成的道碴槽外观质量好,有效防止了裂纹的产生。The main bridge of Nanjing Dashengguan Changjiang River Bridge on Piers No. 4- No. 10 is a 6-span continuous steel truss arch bridge and the floor system of the bridge is of the integral orthotropic plate ballast trough structure. A summarized account of the construction schemes, workmanship and key technique measures for the ballast troughs is presented. The ballast troughs were constructed in a way that each two troughs were constructed simultaneously in sections and the construction sequence was that the deck plates were rusted off and coated for corrosion protection, the shear studs were welded, the reinforcement were bound, the concrete for the bottom slabs and retaining walls was cast, the waterproof asphalt roller sheets and the concrete cover for the bottom slabs were constructed at last. In the construction process, a series of key techniques were applied, which included that the external load was thoroughly released and the setting-out conditions according to the joint survey and the environmental conditions for corrosion protection coating were strictly controlled. The workmanship parameters for the construction of the ballast troughs were determined through simulation tests of the field construction of the deck and the optimal concrete mix proportioning was adjusted and selected through trial mixing. The appearance and quality of the completed ballast troughs were consequently quite good and cracks in the concrete were effectively prevented.
