唑来膦酸钠治疗骨质疏松症的效果评价(附60例)

摘　　要：目的:探讨唑来膦酸钠对骨质疏松症的治疗效果。方法:120例骨质疏松症患者随机分为观察组及对照组各60例,观察组唑来膦酸注射5mg1次;对照组钙尔奇(含钙500mg和VitD3)1片,1次/d。在基线调查的基础上,12个月左右进行随访。结果:治疗后观察组骨痛症状评分明显下降、骨痛缓解与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),观察组骨密度增加明显(P<0.05),观察组主要副作用为流感样症状及消化道反应,能耐受。结论:唑来膦酸钠治疗骨质疏松症疗效显著、不良反应少。Objective：Of zoledronic acid on osteoporosis treatment.Methods：120 patients with osteoporosis were randomly divided into two groups and the control group,60 cases in the observation group injected with zoledronic acid 5 mg once;the control group calcium carbonate（calcium 500mg and VitD3） 1 piece,day one.Based on the baseline survey,were followed up for 12 months or so.Results：The observed after the treatment group significantly decreased pain symptom score,pain relief compared with the control group there were significant differences（P 0.05）,the observation group BMD increased significantly（P 0.05）,the main side effects observed group flu-like symptoms and gastrointestinal reactions,can be tolerated.Conclusions：Zoledronic sodium treatment of osteoporosis were significantly less side effects can be tolerated and is effective,safe drug.
