摘　　要：电磁频谱管理是近年来军事和民用研究的热点,具有重大的军事和经济意义。本文对电磁频谱管理的重要意义进行了简要介绍,分析了电磁频谱管理的发展过程,并对其发展提出了建议。Electromagnetic spectrum management is the hotspot in the civil and the army in these years.This paper introduces the important meaning of the electromagnetic spectrum management,analyses the development of the electromagnetic spectrum management,and the advice of its development is proposed at last.
