摘　　要：现代海战中,对空防御已经成为水面舰艇编队防御的主要内容,对来袭空中目标的威胁评估是有效对空防御的前提。针对空中目标威胁判断指标值为区间数的情况,采用集对分析理论,将区间数转化为联系数的形式;通过联系数进行目标威胁排序,通过实例表明,该方法准确、合理,是解决不确定多属性决策问题的有效方法。Anti-air warfare has become one of the primary tasks of surface warship formation through the modern sea war.The basis has been founded on the in-time and correct estimation during the effective defense.Considering the attribute values are interval numbers,the theory of Set Pairs Analysis（SPA） is proposed to solved it.It converts the interval numbers into connection numbers.The threat ranking is made by it.The simulation results show that the method is exactable and reasonable,it＇s an effective method to solve the multiple attribute decision making problem.
