摘  要:由于弧门主框架的作用使其主梁为超静定薄壁深梁,其内力不仅受框架形式的影响,还受主梁与支臂单位刚度比的影响。为了弄清该薄壁深梁翘曲应力随刚度比和框架形式的变化规律,引用工字形薄壁深梁应力计算的研究成果,针对主横梁式弧门的三种框架形式分析了单位刚度比及框架形式对其影响规律。结果表明:在跨中截面,剪力对翘曲应力的影响随单位刚度比的增大而减小,带悬臂的框架对翘曲应力的影响大于无悬臂;在支座截面,剪力对翘曲应力的影响随单位刚度比的增大而增大,带悬臂的框架对翘曲应力的影响小于无悬臂的。结果对弧门主梁应力计算及相关规范的制定有参考价值。The main beam of radial gate is a hyperstatic thin-walled deep beam due to the effect of main frame,and its internal force depends on the frame mode and its unit rigidity ratio over bearing arm.In this work,the effects of unit rigidity ratio and frame mode on warping stress are analyzed for three frame modes of radial gate with transverse beams,by using the previously reported stress calculation of thin-walled deep beam with an I-section.The present analysis indicates that in the mid-span section,the effect of shear on warping stress decreases with the increase of unit rigidity ratio and the effect of the frame with cantilevers is greater than that without cantilever.In the bearing section,the effect of shear increases with the increase of unit rigidity ratio and the frame with cantilevers produces less effect.The results would provide references for design of the main beam of radial gate.
