摘　　要：介绍了一维连续分布式光电位置探测器(PSD)的工作原理,提出了采用双PSD参比测量补偿方法,消除了环境温度的干扰,增加了它的实用性.The principle of position sensitive detector（PSD） is briefly introduced and someexperiments for study the effects of the circumstance temperature on the position of PSD areperformed as well.It is proved that the variety of the circumstance temperature can lead tothe loss of the position precision of PSD,this paper presents the compensating by double PSDmethod,the temperature of the circumstance can be basically eliminated.The practicabilityis also increased.
