摘 要:采用数值方法对潜射弹道导弹带均压气体出筒非稳态空泡流进行了研究.基于连续性方程,动量方程,理想气体状态方程,均质平衡流空泡模型和Realizablek-ε湍流方程,并结合动网格技术,实现了潜射导弹带均压气体出筒过程数值求解.得到了出筒空泡的演化规律、形态特征和内部结构,分析了出筒加速度对空泡内部组的影响,提出了判定出筒空泡的稳定性依据,并与文献中的理论分析结果进行了对比验证.研究结果表明,出筒空泡组成是一个由以气相为主向以水蒸汽相为主的转变过程;出筒空泡的稳定性与气体的弹性系数β密切相关,当1≤β≤2.645时,空泡是稳定的,而当β≤2.645时,空泡将失稳.The unsteady cavitating flow during the SLBM(Submarine-launched ballistic missile) ejected with the even pressure gas in the launch tube was studied using numerical simulation.The ejection process was simulated based on the continuity equation,momentum equation,ideal gas state equation,homogeneous equilibrium flow cavitation model,Realizable k-ε equation combined with the dynamic mesh.This paper studied the evolution rule,shape characteristics and inner structure of the tube-exit cavity,the influence of the even pressure gas on the stainner compositions of the cavity was analyzed,and the basis for judging the stability of cavity was put forward,compared and validated with the with the theoretical analysis result which has been given in the literature.The numerical results show that the unsteady tube-exit cavity main composition changes from gasous to vapor.The stability of the tube-exit cavity mainly determined by the dimensionless parameter,when 1≤β≤2.645,the cavity is stable and unstable when β≤2.645.
