摘　　要：目的调查分析甘肃省各市州紧急医疗救援体系建设现状，指导全省紧急医疗救援体系规范化建设。方法对全省包括省会兰州在内的14个市州紧急医疗救援体系现状进行调查，采用逐一现场调查、书面调查，内容包括紧急救援组织机构、120急救网络，院外急救资源，依托医院院内急救医疗资源等。结果全省已设立紧急医疗救援中心6家，建成“120”调度指挥系统2家，共有专职院外急救人员217人怦均拥有3人，10万人），监护抢救及留观床285张（平均拥有5．4张，10万人），急救车辆96辆（平均拥有1．3辆，10万人），车载对讲机31部，手持对讲机26部，车载GPS12台，除颤监护仪55台，心电图机54台，车载呼吸机65台。结论目前全省紧急医疗救援体系尚未真正形成，120急救网络建设尚需加强，急救投入严重不足。Objective An investigation and analysis were performed to GanSu emergency medical and rescue system on purpose to guide building standards for Gansu province＇s emergency medical rescue system. Methods The operation of all 14 emergency medical rescue systems in the province had been on-site evaluated respectively from their organizational structure, 120 network setup, pre-hospital medical resource, as well as the coordination with in-hospital resource. Results The availability of emergency resources in the province is listed as follows： six emergency medical rescue center, two 120 command/ dispatch systems, a pre-hospital emergency forces of 217 （three for every 100 thousand people）, 285 guardianship and observation beds （5.4 for every 100 thousand）, 96 ambulances （1.3 for every 100 thousand）, 31 car-carried walkie-talkies, 26 hand-held walkie-talkies, 12 GPS units, 55 defibrillator monitors, 54 ECG machine sets, and 65 car-carried ventilator sets. Conclusion At present, the province-wide emergency medical and rescue system is yet formed, nor fully functioning as expected. The 120 network is expected to be strengthened by increasing adequate resource.
