摘　　要：近几年,北京市密云县鸡新城疫病由多发到基本控制,制定合理的免疫程序是关键。对发病的养殖户,进行了发病情况调查和免疫抗体检测,发现:1)免疫次数不够和免疫间隔时间过长,不使用新城疫油苗,免疫剂量不足为主要免疫失败的原因;2)油苗和冻干苗不配合使用,应急因素引发新城疫是诱因;3)新城疫雏鸡早期感染,雏鸡接种疫苗后尚未完全产生抗体之前感染病毒,导致发病。针对免疫发生的问题,指导养殖户正确掌握免疫技术,提高免疫水平,是达到控制鸡新城疫病的发生有效途径。In recent years,ND made a pestilence to the basic control and reasonable immunization program was crucial in Miyun county,To the occurrence of raising households,seizures in the investigation and detection of antibody that：1） Immune number is not enough and the interval of immunity too long,not to use the new town with oil and immunization does not immune to the main causes of the failure;2） Oil plant corn and freeze-dried not use,crucial factors cropping up with new town is inducement;3） ChickenND in early stages and chicken vaccinated was not yet have antibodies before the virus caused the occurrence.Immune to the problem correctly grasp guidance for raising households immune technology and improve the immunity,to control ND effective way.
