摘 要:目的:研究沙棘总黄酮对4种念珠菌的体外抑菌作用。方法:采用醇提法从沙棘中提取其主要有效成分黄酮类化合物,用试管二倍稀释法联合琼脂平板法进行体外抑菌试验。结果:沙棘总黄酮对白色念珠菌、热带念珠菌、其他念珠菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)均为0.25g·L-1,对光滑念珠菌的MIC为0.5g·L-1。结论:沙棘总黄酮提取物对白色念珠菌、光滑念珠菌、热带念珠菌、其他念珠菌具有较好的抑制效果。OBJECTIVE To research the antimicrobial effect in vitro of total flavones in Fructus Hippophae on four kinds of Candida spp. METHODS Total flavones were extracted from Fructus Hippophae with alcohol, and the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of total flavones against 4 kinds of Candida spp, was observed with the method of serial dilution test. RESULTS The antimicrobial effects were enhanced when the flavonoid density was increased,The MIC of the extracts from Fructus Hippophae against C. albicans,C, tropicalis and others Candida spp. was 0. 25,0. 25,0. 25 g·L^-1, respectively, and 0. 5 g·L^-1 against C. glabrata. CONCLUSION Total flavones from Fructus Hippophae have obvious effect of growth inhibiti on four kinds of Candida spp.
