摘　　要：基于摩擦分离清选机理,设计了适用于大豆、红小豆、绿豆等作物清选作业的5XD-2.0型带式清选机,对分选带的清选能力和运动特性方面作了详细的计算,确定了主要工作部件的结构和性能参数。经性能测试与生产试验证明,5XD-2.0型带选机符合设计要求,对豆类中的碎半豆,虫蚀严重粒清选效果极佳,一次清选净度可达99%以上,机具传动平稳,低噪音,高效且性能稳定。为清选机械的产业化进程奠定了技术基础。Based on the related mechanics of friction and separator,we design the 5XD-2.0 belt separator which is suitable for soybean,red bean and green bean,calculate in detail its cleaning capability and kinetic character,and make sure the structure and performance parameters of the main working parts.Experimental results show that 5XD-2.0 belt separator meet design needs completely,and its cleaning result is good for broken bean and worm eaten bean,low noise,stable performance and high productivity.And it provides certain technical support for the process of leaner-separator.
