摘　　要：在物流外包活动中,物流外包决策是受多个因素影响的复杂问题,也是企业面临的最重要和最困难的决策之一。针对其影响因素的不确定性及难以量化的特点,建立模糊综合评价决策模型,对各个影响因素进行综合评价;同时,在评价因素的选择上,以物流外包相关理论为指导,全面考虑其影响因素,以确保评价的科学、准确。研究表明,评价结果与实际基本一致,能够为企业物流外包提供决策依据。The decision of logistics outsourcing is a complex issue affected by many factors and is also one of the most important and difficult decisions of enterprises in logistics outsourcing activities.We construct the fuzzy synthetical evaluation and decision model to assess various factors synthetically based on the uncertainty and difficult quantization characteristics of its impact factors.Meanwhile,in order to ensure scientific and accurate evaluation,we account its impact factors roundly by the theory of logistics outsourcing when select evaluation factors.The research indicates that the appraisal result is basically consistent to practice and can provide the decision basis to logistics outsourcing.
