摘　　要：目的探讨应急药材保障管理方法,提高军队医院处置突发性事件的药材保障能力。方法对医院抗灾救援药材保障工作进行总结和分析。结果突发性事件中药材保障具有筹措时间短、后续补给困难、不确定因素多等特点。结论建立完善的应急保障预案、健全管理体系、加强针对性训练、科学施训是突发性事件中药材保障管理的关键环节。Objective To investigate the method for management of emergent medical supply and to improve the support capability of medical supply for the military hospital disposing unexpected events. Methods The practice of medical supply to disaster relief was reviewed and analyzed. Results There are many characters of emergency medicinal supply,such as short raising time,difficult following supply and uncertain factors. Conclusion It is crucial to establish a sound emergency predetermined plan,perfect the management system and strengthen special training and scientific training in emergency medicinal supplies support.
