摘　　要：目的:实现医院药品不良反应(ADR)的网络化填报、审核及监测,提高ADR监测质量。方法:根据实际工作需要自行设计院内ADR监测系统,并介绍其功能设置及操作流程。结果:临床医务人员可通过院内ADR监测系统快捷上报数据,并可通过系统进行汇总、分析和处理。结论:院内ADR监测系统使用便捷、高效,数据可及时分析、共享,显著提高了院内ADR监测的效果和综合利用价值。OBJECTIVE： To achieve the reporting, reviewing and monitoring of ADR based on hospital network, and to improve the quality of ADR monitoring. METHODS： Hospital ADR monitoring system was set up according to the actual work. The function setting and operation procedures of system were introduced. RESULTS： Clinical staffs could quickly report, collect and analyze data through hospital ADR monitoring system. CONCLUSIONS： Hospital ADR monitoring system is convenience, fast and efficient. The data can be analyzed and shared timely. So it significantly improves practical value of ADR monitoring.
